Want to buy a business but you need some guidance to make sure you make the best choice? 

Aaron Muller, President of Advantage Commercial Brokers, will personally meet with you to discuss your personal situation.  Topics you can discuss with Aaron during your buyer consultation session include:

• Determine which business purchase is right for you
• Get Aaron’s opinion on specific deals
• Receive recommendations on financing sources and lending contacts
• Understand business valuation and how much you should pay for a specific business
• Get advice on how to approach the seller and the negotiations process

Due to high demand, one-on-one Buyer Consultations are billed at the following rates:

Mondays through Fridays (excluding holidays):

• 30-minute phone meeting: $250
• 1-hour phone meeting: $500
• In-person lunch meeting: $1,000. Lunch paid by each party. Available within the Seattle Metropolitan Area and the Las Vegas area.

Saturdays and Sundays:

1-hour phone meeting: $2,000
